We had an excellent stay...the hotel is in a serene location...very nice for people who are looking for solitude...also the adventure activities are within 3-4 kms...the view from the hotel was breathtaking... the staff was cooperative and the place was clean and hygienic...some improvement can be made for tv channels and remote....otherwise all good.

Good place to stay , with a lovely balcony view . The room had a heated bedsheet and heater . The food was delicious. The staff was very helpful and co-operative. Overall,I had a good experience.

It was a bad experience. The hotel location was average. . the garden is so small that it can hardly accommodate 10 people at a time. Moreover, no one is available at reception, you have to find staff people by yourself in the hotel.. food is unnecessarily expensive and tastes not that great. service is not upto mark. also during check out, no support was provided by hotel staff in shifting the luggage and also breakfast was not ready (which was included in our stay), due to we were the only guest left in the hotel.

The stay was very comfortable and the hospitality of the staff was very amazing. They made us feel like home, even during free time they even played with our kids. My kids are eager to visit again this property.

We had an extremely pleasant stay at hotel alpine musk. The view we got from the room is just like a poetry. The room was cozy, comfortable and extremely well-designed; the room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. The food though limited in varieties was extremely tasty and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The manager and all the service personnel were very courteous and helpful. It was a great experience indeed!

Highly overpriced small hotel. No provision for driver's stay. I had to spend on that too. Hotel was too small to enjoy. No carpet in room in that snowy area. You can get much better hotels in less than one third of price.
