房間有點細，但整體還是設備足夠，還以為沒有牙刷供應，其實是有的。附近也有數間食店。步行到附近三個大型商場約十多分鐘。用這個價格我覺得很滿意了。

Location is ok, not exactly walking distance near to anywhere. Still need to take a car to cafe or supper area or mall. Booked connecting room, room is small but sufficient for a night or two stay. Bathroom is comfortable size and clean. Overall still a pleasant stay.

This isn't my first stay here — I previously booked a no-window room and found it more than sufficient. The place is neat, clean, and modern, which made for a very comfortable stay. This time, I opted for a room with a window, and it felt even better with the unblocked view. The no-window room was on the first floor, and the corridor noise was much harder to ignore. This room, located above the first level, is significantly quieter and more peaceful. Highly recommended for Solo travellers especially!

Great experience overall staying over for one night, but was kinda unpleasant when I got disturbed by the “thing” 3:30am on the dot during my stay. Overall not a bad hotel even tho the incident is still giving me chills

It was a bad experience. When we got back to our room in the evening and unpacked to settle in, we noticed that there was brown/blood stains on the mattress cover and a cockroach on the wall. There were also ants crawling about in the room (even killed 3 in the bed). When we pointed out these issues to the staff, the staff were not prepared/ill-equipped to deal with these issues. Poor service recovery and were not even apologetic. They had no rooms to offer (claiming full occupancy), only offering a new bed cover (which they refused to change for us) and a spray to kill the bugs (which they did not provide either). There were minor issues too such as odour in the room and toilet, layers of dust, broken toilet door lock etc. Also fyi, we booked it as it was near Aeon/Toppen mall but turns out there are no pedestrian crossings/ walkable side paths to get there. We will not be returning to stay again.

Hotel room was quite old actually. Basic amenities such as shower gel, shampoo and tooth brush were provided. Street parking available. Deposit of RM50 is needed per check in. The lift door opened very slow.

Stayed over for 1 night due to early morning facial and dental appt the next day. Booked mini queen room and the bed was clean and comfortable. Shower has hot water but can be more consistent. If taking public transport T10 or T14 from checkpoint, might have to walk a distance before reaching the hotel.
