Charged 15rm for 40 minutes late checkout. At first, I requested late checkout, the person did not mention any fees. Be careful of this. Nearby has Hua Mui, seems famous.

If you are looking for a budget hotel, you can make do with this. Location is excellent and accessible. There is a smile bar just right beside it making it even convenient. Hotel interior and amenities, if you been to Hotel 81, it look similar. There is TA Bakery nearby and the bread are super good!

Good location in Mount Austin, many restaurants, kbox, mini supermarkets, massage centers. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, a lot of dust.

Location is very good, many shops around this hotel. Food court and super market is just across the road. Karaoke shop is around the corner. Room is decent. Overall not bad for me.

Second time stay at this hotel. Great place to stay. Late night downstairs still have mookata and loklok if you’re hungry. 7-11 not far from hotel. Beside the hotel have atm machine if you want to withdraw money. Convenient if you plan to hang out at Austin area.

Located near night life area so plenty to do, eat and buy. Though can be quite noisy and room noise insulation not quiet good. So advised to get yourself very tired fo a good night sleep. Toothbrush set, mini soap bar, shampoo, clean towels and rubber slippers provided. Air-conditioning, doors need servicing though as some are faulty. But generally clean and suitable for sleep overs.
