Booked for a one night stay only despite of the negative reviews. But unexpected surprise, counter staffs are very friendly. U need to pay 50 deposit to exchange for room key, aircon and tv controller. Room is a king size bed, on level 2, climb the stairs no lift in hotel. Room is very big and Has a hairdryer. Toilet is clean and comfortable too. Only TV is not working there is no reception connection And also no fridge. Overall is good for one night stay if u looking to explore Aeon Tebrau mall which is behind it.

I recently stayed at the JS Hotel and, while the location was convenient, the overall experience left something to be desired. The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It’s clear that the property could benefit from a refresh to improve its comfort and appeal. On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials. Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

一言難盡！有史以來住過的最差的酒店，應該不能用酒店來形容，被褥如圖所見，灰色的，汙漬難以形容！面積小，衞生間很窄！如果不是因為太晚了還是在國外，覺得堅決退房。

It’s not even sound proof, especially doors closing so noisy and loud. Bed frame stained with brown residue, bedroom fixtures with hanging spider web, bed sheets torn. Hotel staff doesn’t greet you upon arrival and no aircon in lobby. Not a pleasant experience. Will not be back, thank you.

The towels have an odor, fortunately I brought my own. The cleanliness is passable. It's noisy at night, and for two consecutive nights, I've heard numerous loud door slams.
