Our room was located at the corner of the hotel, and unfortunately, we could clearly smell the barbecue from the nearby restaurant at night. Additionally, we found a few strands of hair on the TV stand and towel, which made the room feel less clean. I hope the hotel can improve in terms of cleanliness and odor control.

The stay was ok but as the hotel was fully booked, they let me stay at the ground floor. The wall is not sound proof. Besides us was a public toilet so it was so noisy at night when people flush the toilet. Also, during the night many noise outside keeping us awake. In future, cannot stay at ground floor

定的是兩間房 原本定的是大床房 辦check in 的時候也沒告知沒房了 給的是個兩張單人床 然後下樓讓他們換説沒有房間… 另一間靠窗的 有很多水蟲飛來飛去

Overall Prestigo hotel stay is satisfying. The hotel room is clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly.  The only thing to comment is prayer at the mosque happens too early and it disrupts my sleep. ☹️

Review TLDR: Avoid at all cost. Pros: - price - Room is relatively well maintained for the price, barring ALL the cons… it would be a good place - They provide water & toothbrushes - Aircon is Daikin (+ points for effort) Cons: - sound proofing is bad - Water flowing from pipes can be heard from other rooms - There is a Mosque right the hotel which wakes u up at 6am - NO WIFI! I approached the desk to solve the wifi issue, and the solution was they can only get maintenance to come TOMORROW… when asked if there was any service recovery for this they were not even willing to change rooms to one with wifi or even offer a late check-out or discount for the inconvenience… Better off staying anywhere other than here…

Convenient location to go places like Austin n mid valley But the room not soundproof at all, light sleeper beware Requested for quiet room, but being startled awake by a loud prayer in the early morning

Location nwar many F)&B, good. Parking easy and has security guard watching. Room spacious, but not well maintained because curtains broken, corridors dirty, bedsheets old and yellowish. No slippers.
