地點適中，設施還過得去，整潔是唯一的亮點。酒店在大堂提供免費熱飲和熱水器，但是在早上七點，熱飲機沒開，自己打開後還要等上8分鐘，熱水器的水完全不熱，這讓我太失望了，我以後再不會入住這家酒店。

It is always my pick for a short getaway to Johor. It is a short walk to Tebrau Aeon. Less than 8 mins. Facilities & Amenities is well-prepared.

Superior 訂房網站le room. The room is big and comfy for our 1 night stay. Walkable distance to Tebrau Aeon. Towel needs a replacement.

Overall is a good stay. Staff was friendly. Location is good. Very near to Aeon mall and Topen n Ikea. Rooms looks a bit old, wallpaper peeled off somewhere. Air conditioner needs to be cleaned more frequently.

離開新山市中心有段距離， 相比周圍其他已經算不錯的了。步行10分鐘有大型超市賣場餐館。 前台印度小哥服務還不錯， 一次性的拖鞋原本5馬幣， 給我免了。
