No good, no lobby to Check In. Customer service all at Whatsapp group. No access card and key to enter room. Have to find out yourself. Very troublesome. Worst theToilet door also cannot close. A1-07-03

Place was cosy and clean; bed was comfortable. Location is convenient and house is easy to access via self check-in. TV has FIFA streaming (not live) but no Netflix/YouTube. Shower water pressure is hard to control, and there is no convenient place to place your toiletries nor hang your clothes/towel. Other than this slight convenience, place is value for its cost.

Hmmm, its air bnb type. Finding the block can take awhile. Generally more hassle than staying in hotel as you need to go thru a few steps to get to your unit. Air cond seems very old. Stay for a night is fine.

The place is decent. Not the best and not the worst. The tap in the toilet is a little spoilt. The location is decent, near to tebrau city and mount austin. Please be warned the studio apartment is facing the road and it is super noisy no sound proof. You definitely will not be able to sleep as people race on that road in the middle of the night. The noise pollution is so bad you will not be able to sleep even if you're a heavy sleeper So because of the noise, i will not recommend. But the staff are really friendly and helpful.

to riders there are going to stay there overnight, you have to pay security 20rm upfront, it was a distant to walk from the visitor carpark(not sheltered) to the apartment.
