The unit at level 10 was clean. I think the House keeping Rahim did a great job. Rahim was really helpful and friendly. This is the kind of hospitality service that brings us wanna go back again. Suggestion: * The downside is rooms all have a little weird smell. May want to consider ioniser machines to get rid of those smell. I cannot tell what that was. * beds were on a little hard side. Maybe can add a layer of topper to make it easier to sleep on * Location was great but they won't let us bring trolley up to the apt makes it quite a turn off as we were not able to bring up the water 6L and a few other things we bought without the trolley. * Swimming pool has a lot of small pebbles inside, i think it needs some clean up. My son hurt his feet in the regular pool.

Have stayed at Paradigm Residences several times through different listings for the location and mall access, and I have to say that this is one of the worst stays I've had. The rooms were rather dirty (found ants on one of the beds, which we decided not to use it in the end) and smelly. You would need the aircon to be turned on along with the fans to clear up the smell, but the power is cut off when you leave the room, so you would always come back to a foul smell (seems like due to it being on the 10th floor and there is rubbish on the ledge outside one of the bathroom windows). This booking requires a deposit which is not mentioned in the listing as well. Make sure to report all issues as soon as possible. For this stay, there was one missing fan remote and one other fan remote was not working.

While it took some time for us to find the heater. We found it in the end in the master bedroom. Also the QR Code for the keypass was wrong, but a short Whatsapp to the Stay's Team and they gave us a new code. Otherwise, was clean, was nice and bed was good. Sadly me and wife use 2 blankets so that single queen-size blanket was .... small :P

Love the amenities and the room. Reminded me of those mock up rooms that you see at Ikea / Ruma. Particularly liked that free private parking was included as well as the water dispenser in the room. Check in was simple and seamless as well. Will look to book again when coming back to JB

Quite nice service, clean room, superb amenities

The homestay location is very good for people who want to visit Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru, as it's just downstairs. The unit includes a washing machine and dining table, and the room itself is quite nice. However, there are birds nearby that make a lot of noise in the morning, which can disturb sleep.

The unit itself is nice but the management do not give customers a good vibe. Everything was wrong from start of checked in. Before checking in I already informed management that I am riding a motorbike. The instructions given to me was to park at level 5. Upon reaching the mall to collect keys. The guards do not allow me to go level 5, no bike is allowed. Told me to go park in the basement but did not tell me that I need to collect a bike card to scan in at the basement carpark for bike. After quite sometime asking around, one of the guard told me to get a bike card from the reception. Next when reached the unit. There is a metal gate. But I was given a key card for the lift and a sensor for the main door. No key for the gate. When texted the management. It’s replied by AI. So I need to take a lift to UG level and see the reception again. I was told there is a manual latch behind the gate. All these troubles could be solved if proper instructions were given to me. I came down from Ipoh, a long ride down and still need to go around finding out how to get into the unit. Upon entering the unit, looks beautiful at first. Then when want to have a shower, there is not a single hook or rack for bath towel. So I have to text again. I was told to hang towel on the curtain rod. But there was no curtain rod. The only rod I saw was a metal rod sticking inside a plastic pail. So texted again and show photo. The reply was hang my towel on the door lock. First time I heard of this. So I went to take my towel. It was a dirty towel with black stained. Send photo to reception. Nothing was done, not even an exchange of towel. Is just silence…. After shower wanted to get some water to drink. It was a water dispenser that is not dispensing. So went down to the supermarket to buy a bottle of mineral water. The only plus point of this place is joined to a mall. That’s about it. I have never rated any hotel or apartment so low before. This is my first and I hope it will be my last.

2nd time staying with RR JBcity. Fuss free check in and house was clean and big. This unit also provided daily cleaning service, so you do not have to worry about rubbish in the house and wet toilets.

Everything is good about the unit. From cleanliness to the furnishings. Can't ask for more. Only thing is check in timing abit delayed. Plus WhatsApp using Ai bot. The rest I'll give it a 5.
