Dusty, dirty sofa, and WiFi not working. Other facilities, location, and check-in and out procedures and guidance are okay.

The inside of the couch has caved in and the surface of the table is peeling off. The hairdryer works really well and the location pretty convenient. Thank you.

I booked with my son at this hotel and was offered the worst service ever First, the security received us and kept moving us from block B to A then B again.. they said call the person who had left his number on website, we did so we receive the booking code, locker password, send this send that while very exhausted after 5 hrs travel!! They mercilessly denied our status and kept in claiming evidence, call the owner, call someone else.. the food we grabbed was spoiled after 1 hrs delay at the reception! Finally, we went to our “ paradise “!! Disgusting smell, unclean dinning table, etc. The photos published on website are NOT those of the real apartment! They claimed a deposit of RM 100 and we had to pay it. After checking out, the deposit is still pending and not refunded. Be careful guys, don’t fall into the same trap with this company! Deceiving people, I promise!! Cleaning payment is charged for no service and the deposit is not returned upon check out! Be careful, this should be given a review of half star service

This property is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and consumer protection. The unit was in poor condition with a strong, unpleasant odor, and the towels were unusable. Most seriously, the bed appears to have **bed bugs**, which is a major health and sanitation issue. This alone makes the unit unfit for stay. Despite clearly informing the management and requesting a replacement unit (even in nearby areas), no proper solution was provided. There was a complete failure in customer service, with no urgency, accountability, or basic duty of care shown to a paying guest. The condition of the unit does not reflect what was advertised, which is misleading to customers. This experience caused significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption to my professional commitments. All communication has been documented and will be used as evidence for escalation through the booking platform and, if necessary, further consumer action. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.
