We booked for four consecutive nights, occupying a total of two rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There were large lipstick stains on the pillows, dust covering the bedside tables, and extensive stains and exposure on the mattresses. There were also unidentified stains on the carpet. The room facilities were outdated and did not match the pictures we had seen! We checked out less than an hour after checking in and requested a refund from the hotel through a third-party platform, but both requests were rejected by the hotel. Never choose this place, even if you have no other options!
