馬爾梅尼奧酒店 (Sota Metekhi Hotel)

We do love the hotel and our room! Also, there’s a wonderful private terrace in our room category. Apparently, the pool seemed us appealing so we’ve chosen this spot. Unluckily, the water was extremely cold in spite of the fact that the weather was unbearably hot. There were only a few people sunbathing and it’s obvious why. We were supposed to spend much more time swimming. The stuff was welcoming. Also, the hotel shelters lovely cats. They aren’t noisy, naughty or clingy at all!

Приятный небольшой отель на тихой улице , до центра 10 мин пешком. Вкусные завтраки , небольшой бассейн на крыше. Удобный матрац .одеяло, приятное постельное белье.

Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением, завтраком, бассейном и небольшой сауной. У нас был просторный трёхместный номер с огромной двуспальной и стандартной односпальной кроватью с видом на реку и храм. Очень вежливые и улыбчивые сотрудники, приятный внутренний дворик, можно посидеть и выпить вина или кофе. Нам все очень понравилось, с удовольствием вернулись бы ещё.

Excellent service and facilities at this hotel. The staff, especially Vladimir, were attentive and promptly addressed any concerns. Great location, too!

Last night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me? Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers. The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.

Отличный отель, потрясающий персонал и расположение Милый бассейн на самой крыше и вкусные завтраки

Нам очень понравился отель. Уютная, просторная комната, чистота. Персонал очень приветливый. Завтраки на высоте, вкусно и разнообразно. Сама гостиница находится в центре Тбилиси, очень много достопримечательностей в пешей доступности. Так же рядом метро Авлабари. Однозначно рекомендую 👍🏻 и сами обязательно приедем еще
