Standard Room is very small and dated. There's loads of plastic and other rubbish on the beach and just behind the hotel's fence. People living nearby were running some engine or generator so there was a constant laud noise. Often they also burnt something, so there was also an unpleasant smell. The food at the restaurant is at best mediocre, but more often simply disgusting. We hardly ate there. I also got upset stomach for 2 days out of 3 of our stay. Some staff speak very limited English so they give you either wrong information or just ignore you (e.g. not brining more pancakes). The restaurant seems to run out of food at meal times and no-one is bothered to bring more, until they are asked to. Staff at the Divers Bar is not present or simply indifferent to customers. There's occasionally some extra rubbish between villas, seemed only cleaned every few days. I can't imagine ever going back to this hotel.

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had a great time! We loved the snorkelling off the jetty (clear water and plenty of fish) and did one day of actual snorkel 訂房網站s with the resort and saw lots of turtles. The food was delicious every day. We had a variety of Malaysian, Chinese and some Western choices. There’s a bar on the jetty but it doesn’t open until 4pm. Amazing massage spa at the resort that I highly recommend. There is a lot of poverty on the island unfortunately, which is sad to see and right next to the resort. Big water monitors strolling around and clean rooms with everything you need. Would recommend to anyone looking for an all inclusive resort with a pool and snorkelling /dive options on Mabul. Good for families. The boat ride over can be a bit hairy but it’s not boring!!

整體體驗感很差，這麼貴的房間特別差，後面還加了2000多換了另外一個房型，工作人員更不用説，業務能力超級差，預約潛水，説得好好的，第二天沒預約上，離開當天去詩巴丹，非得要求我們10點退房，那可以退，説給熱水洗澡，態度強硬的説沒有，讓我們自己想辦法，洗冷水，出海浮潛遇到教練，讓我們會游泳的人在海上游了很久，沒力氣了，他也不會回頭看你怎麼樣，你質問他，他還特別凶，凶你怎麼沒跟上他，周邊海水臟死，海邊也臟，吃的東西更加一般！看圖，4000多的房間在雞舍旁邊，跟平民窟一樣，垃圾

Очень красивое место. Крайне неприятно видеть грязный пляж. Отвратительное отношение к природе. Мусор можно убрать за 2 дня, никому это не надо. Своровали деньги в номере. 200 рингит.странно очень, рисковать так репутацией. Из рюкзака. За те деньги, которые они просят, сервис должен быть гораздо выше. Вкусно кормят, это большой плюс. Неадекватный ценник на дайвинг и сноркинг. Есть с чем сравнить. Были на острове Монтанани, там гораздо лучше плюс ценник адекватный. Если вы дайвер, на мабуле делать нечего. Я не первый раз в Малайзии. На этот отель много негатива.

馬布島非常漂亮，潛水天堂，走到哪都是那麼漂亮，日落景色優美，浮淺深潛魚群很多，海龜也很多，渡假飯店餐點豐富又美味，海鮮螃蟹🦀吃到飽，很值的。

服務分給的都是前期溝通的人員，做得很到位。酒店游泳池的衞生很差，知道是海水過濾的，但是四周和池底都是滑膩膩的，從未清掃過，還有很多雜質，帶著泳鏡下去看是渾濁的，做為一個比較高檔的海島酒店這是不能容忍的。房間設施一般，比較簡陋，勝在一間有陽台，面對泳池。餐廳的服務和環境不錯，餐食也不錯。海邊是不能直接下去浮潛的，要到碼頭一天到頭浪都很大的地方才能浮潛，而且就很小的一圈區域，還包括了體驗潛水的人也在這裡，帶著孩子浮潛的體驗感不好，一天有三次免費出船出去浮潛，也是浪比較大的地方，而且能見度，看的魚群大小和珊瑚什麼的還不如碼頭上。果凍海拍出來是很讚的，但是真不適合帶孩子的浮潛人士。難怪人家説仙本那衹適合深潛，原來是這個原因～反正不適合帶長者和孩子～

強烈避坑！！不推薦！除非是特意看巴瑤族原始住民，否則強烈不建議住馬步婆羅！飲食三餐跟團水平，一兩千的二樓房間像國內幾十塊招待所，旁邊貧民窟工地房即時感，性價比極低！嚴重懷疑是訂房網站充值上的榜單，完全不推薦

皮箱給卡大窟窿，説搬運工的事，不給解決。”菲律賓前台服務態度太差，睡覺房間有壁虎，也就國內300的房間標準，據説度假村是菲利賓人非法建築，旅遊的全是中國人，規定船接上島時間12點，入住時間必須下午3點，等啊等。退房上午10點前必須退房，1點才送機場，等啊等。為他們點贊👍
