The location is strategic, with plenty of eateries nearby. However, during our stay, we experienced a blackout that lasted for over an hour, with no electricity and even no water in the toilet. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Good location. Took the deluxe room which comes with a fridge. The rooms are accessed by password so you can leave your keycard in and having your aircond on while you are away.

Strategic location within Kubota Square, nearby to eatery and shops. Comfortable beds, cleanliness at room & bathroom still needs improvements. Compact size room as the hotel is on a shop lot.
