酒店房間沒有一次性拖鞋和杯子，需要自己帶，熱水器水溫偏低，但是前台服務很不錯很有耐心，會説一點中文

The hotel was average—comfortable, but nothing special. It looked clean and tidy at first glance, but it actually wasn't. The floor was dirty; if you walked barefoot, your feet would turn brown after a while. The kettle and glasses were also dirty, so make sure to wash them before use. If you want housekeeping to clean your room, ask the staff directly—don't rely on the housekeeping button because they completely ignore it. I stayed there for a week and they didn't check it even once. Service gets 2 stars only because the receptionist was friendly during check-in; otherwise, it would be 1 star. The bathroom was also disappointing—when the shower was running, the drain seemed clogged, and the water drained very slowly after turning it off. Overall, I give the room 2 stars because it wasn't worth the price paid.

Well, our Air Asia flight was delayed, tired for waiting from 11 am till 6 pm in the airport then finally being told we will be flying tomorrow at 9am.This is the nearest hotel that we can get that day. This hotel is really clean,fresh and new.We had good rest for the night.Few FnB outlet around.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Great for couple and families. Easy access to restaurant and food stalls, with nearby outdoor park for leisure activities. Good location near airport, city and excellent value for money. Highly recommend! 🥰
