A bit old , otherwise all good , actually , the staff can turn on the AC 1 hour before guest check in , so the room won’t smell weird at the beginning .

地點位置都非常好👍走過對面馬路就是超市買什麼東西都有。有很多東西如中國歺，馬來歺，海鮮歺。非常棒的酒店👍

Semporna Seaview Hotel started operation in 2022, consider quick a new hotel, overall the room condition looked a bit old and the cleanliness is acceptable, location was very near to seafoods restaurant, some tour pick up points. It is next to boat parking area, who's are sensitive to noise, please do not choose to stay at this hotel, because you will wake up by boat motor in the early morning.

Cleanliness need to be improved. Unclean toilet bowl compared to hotel cheaper than i stayed before at tawau. Satisfied space room. Yellow stains noted on bedsheet. Just stayed for 1 night. Parking space provided for 2 spot, 1st come 1st serve basis. There is elevator provided. Nice view to the sea. Soundproof, or no one stayed besides our room.
