First time experience of self-check in hotel. Don't have receptionist or any person waiting customer to check in. No instruction teach how to check in. Need contact person until answer call than give password and room number. Lucky person in charge have answer call if not sleep at road.

Really loved the room — it was very clean. The toilet and bathroom were also clean and had no unpleasant smell. The location is very strategic, with a 24-hour Servay supermarket right next door. Parking is convenient as it's available directly under the hotel. The ironing area and water dispenser are located just outside the room, making them very convenient to access. The only downside is that there is no lift, so it may be difficult for elderly guests or those with mobility issues to climb the stairs. During check-in, the owner accidentally provided the wrong password for the main gate. Fortunately, there was a staff member on duty who helped us resolve the issue quickly, so it wasn't a major problem.

The hotel is situated at a commercial centre with many eateries around, very easy to find food! The rooms are spacious too. The person-in-charge was very attentive. Service was awesome! It would be great if they can provide room slippers! The rest were all good!
