Great location in a lovely village, the staff were very helpful in booking us a taxi to leave. All in all a nice stay, however the rooms are very cold with no radiator and a slightly rubbish electric blanket. Also to get to the toilet you have to go outside and to go to the showers you have to go outside and go downstairs. So okay as a stay but defo not too comfy.

Friendly and helpful hosts, their daughter is super cute. The house is well located, plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, all easy access to trails. The room was good, bed was fine. The shared bathroom didn’t bother us, we never had to wait to use it or to shower. There is a nice view on clean days from the garden. The house is a bit ‘open air’ so you have to accept there are a few bugs here and there but it didn’t bother us. Towels and drinking water are provided. Internet was working well. You can hear people talking in their bedrooms though, so for light sleeper earplugs would be recommended. We enjoyed our time there!

The couple that owns the place was extremely helpful and welcoming. I don’t think the accommodations were for at the time I stayed in Sapa. I wanted something more private but the rooms are really private compared to hotels. Its really a good place but it’s more rustic and 30 minutes away from the center by car. But, the owners really make up for it, extremely sweet and accommodating.

Le logement est très sale rempli d’insectes et d’araignée de partout, le linge de lit et les coussins sont très sales avec traces de punaises de lit meme apres demande de les changer. Pas d’eau chaude et les douches sont a l’extérieur avec le froid c’est infernal. Faites attention!
