after being highly disappointed with Wairakei resort -we found our new destination what a a upgrade the Hilton is very modern decor spacious clean -couldn’t fault it from the moment we got there -water on entry greeted with a smile -customer service 5/5 got a good night sleep sound proof and in par with price -stayed in the junior suite facing the hot pool -gym recommended The bistro -thou recommend booking times was very full

第二次入住了。免費停車場很大。整體很整潔，水壓高水很乾凈。衞生間地暖要特別點贊。露天溫水泳池30度，按摩池40度。桑拿室和蒸汽浴室都很乾凈，另備有小毛巾和浴巾。早餐也去品過了，味道中規中矩，遠遠可望見陶波湖波光粼粼。衹是室內有大量螞蟻，餐枱和衞生間都有，有點難過

Check in was smooth and quick but changed room twice to get everything right. Our first room had urine stains on the toilet, which means this room was not properly cleaned up. That was terribly disgusting to find these spots. Also, the smart TV in the first room didn't work. Our second room was find but has no bathtub as requested. Changed to the third room and finally get the okay one with great AC, working TV and cleanness. It was our first time stayed in a 5-star hotel in NZ and was surprised the standard is quite low compared to the other 5 stars in Asia. Has small heated pool accommodating 6 people max. Swimming pool and sauna were fine but steam room didn't work. Service okay and great breakfast. Will consider the other place next time.

房間是真的寬敞，甚至都覺得空盪盪了。陽台的大木桌真喜歡，電視的頻道非常多，有免費停車場，也有地下停車場收費，一天25刀，電梯可以直通房間樓層。餐廳可以看到陶波湖的一角，餐廳價位合理且美味，有室外游泳池和健身房，即使冬天也有人在游泳。從房間走去大堂的長廊很漂亮，喜歡。必須説一下早餐，居然有蜂巢，咖啡是咖啡豆磨的那種，還有奶酪品種也多，壁爐裡是真的圓木在燃燒，非常有感覺。

離陶波小鎮很近，但又有點距離優點：好停車、幽靜、櫃檯人員很有禮貌且有耐心房間也很大，有一個大客廳跟一張特大床房，房間與客廳有拉門可以隔開缺點：浴室不知道為什麼有螞蟻🐜，不多但會陸續出現

酒店是復古的老別墅改造的，裡面的設施齊備而且比較新，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間寬敞還配有地暖，酒店還有溫泉泳池，傍晚在餐廳裡還能欣賞絕佳的日落景色，酒店離市區也很近，非常不錯，推薦入住。
