We were very disappointed with our motel unit 7. Firstly, we booked online and they called it a "hotel" which was false advertising. Next we expected a view of the lake as per the photo of the room we booked, but we were given a ground floor room with no view. There was no soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom. There was not sufficient lighting in the lounge area. Just one light above kitchen cupboards, and a lamp. When I went to take a shower the tap fell apart and there was no hot water, so had lukewarm shower. Whike the unit was clean and the beds were comfortable, it was otherwise very basic and quite tired. Certainly not the leve, of accommodation we were expecting or had paid for. Very disappointing and borders on false advertising. We won't be returning.
