前台大叔很好，給我一個家庭房間，路上隨便湊合一晚。旅館是很舊的，但是當天這附近其實也沒有太多選擇。

We stayed 1 night to break up a long journey. Excellent location right at Taunton Deane Services. Check in was quick and easy, room was large with double bed and single bed for our 9 year old. It was clean and warm perfect for us. Will definitely use again

This is an accessible room. But it's far from accessible. Sticking as grab rail over a bath doesn't make it accessible. Power socket is a spur that they couldn't spend an extra 50cm of cable to put it accessible above the desk instead it's hidden below a desk where even mobile people will struggle... Shower head can't be taken from the rail so it makes it even harder to shower. Very disappointing Two person room and only provided a single milk pot? Went into services and paid two quid for bottle of milk.

We stayed in Room 7. Fantastic shower! Tea/coffee tray etc excellent. Hair dryer. No plug sockets near bed but asked at reception anc had extension lead given. Very soft double bed so i slept on single bed in room. Windows good to keep road noise out Very good receptionist. Great parking. No breakfast available on site as hotel at Motorway service station
