Suddenly buffet for breakfast was replaced to a la carte. I understand that it happens because of lack of tourists in hotel. But for such substitutes should be information before booking and checking in hotel. If I knew that the breakfast would be a la carte, I would choose another hotel. Not fare play from hotel. Actually was surprised, cuz always NOVOTEL have had good breakfasts. But this case give a little shade.

Extremely clean, beautiful design and decoration. Providing wonderful high quality customer services to delight customers. Though this is a boutique hotel, I have a feeling of staying in a 5 stars hotel. Special thanks to Miss Ma Pyae Pyae Phyoe taking good caring of me during my stay. When I encountered difficulty returning to the hotel with my bicycle 12 km away, she arranged a car and together with the driver came to pick me up. I was so impressed with her arrangement. Breakfast is good, with fresh juice every morning. Highly recommend this hotel, would definitely come back.

Отличный отель. На момент моего пребывания был, вероятно, лучшим на всём озере. Завтраки средние, еда в ресторане хуже, чем в городских ресторанах, но обслуживание было на высоте.
