The room was very clean. Its a very normal hotel actually but the service fom their staff are very nice & helpful. The bed is quite hard for me coz i like the soft bed. The breakfast was so yummy. I really like it. Near to a few mini markets that sell local products & next is famous restaurants in Uzbek but sorry i cant remember the name. Its very cheap here but it was very clean. If ur on a budget , well dont hesitate just book. Transportations Yandex is very fast & efficient👍 Im sorry i dont have the pics of this hotel. But its exactly like you see in the web.

極其糟糕的入住體驗，穆斯林酒店，中國遊客務必謹慎這是一家整體體驗非常差的酒店。它實際上是穆斯林酒店，但在頁面上提示得極不明顯。關於“異性朋友不能進入房間”的重要限制，被藏在很深的描述裡，需要點開“更多”大概三次才能看到，一般人根本不會注意到。在當地法律已經禁止酒店以婚姻狀況為理由拒絕提供住宿的情況下，這家酒店仍然堅持要求衹有已婚才能同住，連普通異性朋友都不允許進入房間。我當天晚上辦理入住後，立刻就因前台態度和這些隱藏規則感到被嚴重冒犯，當晚就取消了之後四晚的訂單。更離譜的是，酒店溝通極其消極，對客人訴求完全不上心，仍然連續按四晚向我收取費用（包括所謂“稅費”）。我留下了聯繫方式，酒店也沒有主動聯繫解決問題，更沒有任何退回或補償的意思。總的感受是：這是一家嚴重訊息不透明、對客人極不友好的酒店，有明顯“欺客”的行為。特別提醒中國遊客：如果你是和朋友同行，或者不想在深度隱藏的條款裡“找雷”，請務必謹慎選擇這家酒店。 This was an extremely disappointing stay. The hotel is essentially a Muslim hotel, but this is not clearly stated. The important rule that “opposite-sex friends are not allowed to enter the room” is buried deep in the description. You have to click “more” about three times to even see it, so most guests will never notice it before booking. Even though local law no longer allows hotels to reject guests based on marital status, this hotel still insists on very strict rules and does not allow opposite-sex friends to come up to the room. On the night of check in I felt seriously offended by the attitude at the front desk and by these hidden rules, so I cancelled the remaining four nights immediately. What made it worse was the hotel’s passive and unhelpful communication. They still charged me for all four nights （including so-called “tax/fees”）, even though I did not stay, and they did not contact me to discuss any solution or refund, despite having my contact details. In my personal experience, this hotel is not transparent with its information and is very unfriendly to guests. I strongly warn other Chinese travellers: if you are travelling with friends of the opposite sex, or you don’t want to dig through several layers of hidden text to discover strict rules, please think very carefully before booking this hotel.

A gem. Very functional, great price, staff helpful and friendly. Location not bad, it's 10 mins away from a metro station on foot. 2-3 convenient stores next to the hotel with good foodstuffs for souvenirs. The room rate is great. Room clean functional and cozy with everything one needed.

В целом пребывание в отеле понравилось. Очень внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Всегда готовы помочь, подсказать👍 Не очень понравилось расположение, далековато от метро, поэтому приходилось заказывать такси.
