The City Palace Hotel in Tashkent is a hotel with a beautiful old-world charm and a nice outdoor pool with a good restaurant. However, the experience is let down by several issues. The check-in process is very slow, the cleaning is below average, and the breakfast is disappointing. The hotel has a great atmosphere but lacks in key areas of service and maintenance.

【首都の中心街で最上級の滯在を】 タシケントの中心である、アミールティムール広場の近くに位置する立地の良い都市型ホテルです。エントランスからして広々と開放的で、各階の部屋へ続く廊下もどこか格式高い雰囲気のある內裝です。比較的高級な部類に屬するホテルだとは思いますが、かなりリーズナブルな値段で宿泊できました。 部屋も広く、ビジネス用途でも十分利用できるホテルだと思います。 また、朝食もビュッフェ形式で自分好みのオムレツをその場で仕上げてくれます。 総じて美味しく満足できました！ このほか、屋內外にプールやスパもあるので、それ目的に滯在するのも良いかもしれません。

房間的卡動不動就耍不進去了，每次都要下樓重新弄，問就是對不起，反正也不知道，住了幾天都這樣。特意要了兩張卡，一張插在房間裡，也不問客人就拿走。服務垃圾。早飯更是一言難盡，這個價位還這麼差。酒店設施裝修老就更別説了

先説優點，地理位置好，交通便利，酒店老但是裝修古典，有些人喜歡這種風格。 缺點很多，服務水平非常一般，入住時先後出現給錯房間（打開了一堆已入睡夫妻的房間），給錯房型（雙床標間給了大床房），房卡突然失效必須臨時取鑰匙開門以及叫的礦泉水永遠都不會送到等問題。早餐種類少，咖啡尤其難喝。

Clean, spacious, beautiful room, and for some reason I also noticed that the hallways smell great too. Great location and service. Breakfast was okay and had enough options. The only slight con is the elevators. Only 2/4 were working and on one of them you can’t see which floor it’s at. Also I felt they didn’t always work properly and could get busy in the morning. Other than that, great stay. Would stay again.
