See my previous review. I extended my stay with one day. I forgot to mention that the WiFi is really poor, and it wouldn't let me connect at all yesterday. Quite inconvenient. Additionally, it takes about 2-3 minutes for the shower to get warm. Quite ironic when there's a note saying "save water for the next generation". But still a good hotel, of course. Enjoyed the breakfast!

I enjoyed my stay here at the hotel. The staff is friendly, the room (deluxe room) is clean, spacious, quiet, has a comfortable bed, and the hotel has a good breakfast for its guests. Also, I was allowed to check in at noon instead of the regular 14:00. I'd stay here again if I ever go to Garut again. The hotel features a restaurant with lots of different dishes. The staff can bring your food to your room. However, about 75% of the menu was unavailable when I tried to order around 16:00. Even drinks were unavailable for order, or "not ready" according to the staff, except mango juice. If you want coffee you can go either left or right when you leave the hotel; it's hugged by two cafes. A pleasant experience, nonetheless!
