First of all, the checking in and out was super quick. Probably because I booked thru 訂房網站. The room was clean and spacious. Parking was also easy. Staff were great and very attentive. The city had power outage but the hotel quickly turned on their generator. Breakfast was good, typical Filipino breakfast. One thing I noticed was the water in the bathroom. I'm not sure if it's the drainage or the water but it smells like the sewers. After some time upon opening the faucet or shower, the smell gradually fades but it's still an unpleasant experience. The bathroom is super clean but I think there's something in the water.

We stayed a lot of times in this hotel but we found that new faces in the lobby started lacking smile & greetings specially at the cafe! The bell and security personnels who we knew since we’d stayed from 2019 were still friendly as usual!
