Check in process was painful without any pre instruction given, only knew need to call agent to make deposit payment from front counter during check in, but having difficulty to call agent, because agent only pick up call after many many calls. The whole check in process took more than an hour 😡👎

Although facility is nice and location is good, but process of checking in is very troublesome with no clear instruction given, and difficult to call agent during checked in. There is no service from front counter at all and took us about an hour to check in 👎😠
