Upon making paymnet and deposit . To get the keys their staff is asking again for the ic to show the booking details name which drags lots of time. Eventually they see u staking there also they take their sweet time to walk towards u. And the bathroom was after some repairing I guess it was not washed and I had to washed it . And tv not working the remote is not working.

Sudah sering menginap di sini. Pelayanan Staff sangat ramah dan menolong. Kamar bersih. Fasilitas lengkap (sudah ada handuk, sikat gigi dan pasta gigi, sabun mandi dan sampo rambut, hair dryer, tissue gulung, TV, AC dingin). Ada colokan listrik di sebelah kiri dan kanan kasur, dan di meja tulis. Ada dispenser air di lobby hotel. Recommended nginap di sini. Lokasi hotel dekat dengan mall City Junction dan Island Plaza. Bintang 5! Terima kasih banyak! 🙏🏻👍🏻

Unsafe Condition / Act Yesterday the TV program was running after we enter room & switched on. Suddenly a sex adult content appear at the screen. Moaning video was played by someone at the hotel. After checked the TV connection, just noticed that. someone got connected handphone through TV connection & watching programe. How can be happen after we check in inside our room? This totally not fair & not safe for our privacy concern. Please take serius action.

因為工作需要，所以在工作附近尋找了這家酒店入住兩天！可以洗澡，可以睡覺就好了！有免費停車場，停車蠻方便的。

i had very bad experience staying at this hotel..i was arrived very late cz im traveling from kelantan which caught in bad trafffic during eid. at first when i wanted to checkin, the room keys wasnt there (inside locker). imagine i was arrive at 4am very exhausting n have to wait for their staff to give us new spare key. about 30mins i guess we got the key and have a rest before checkout at 12pm to send my daughter. while checkout, as per guidelines given via ws i snap pic and sent to the person incharge that to inform that ive already drop the roomkeys. after few moments later the person in charge call me and accuse me is it true that im not steal the room key that should be inside the locker at first. he said their hq saw that roomkey ada inside the locker while im chekin this morning. but me my husband n my daughters didnt see any key. plus what for i steal the cheap hotel room key? then i said send me the cctv footage im waiting at ur lobby, after that he said oh mybe managemnet salah. i felt so pissed off and my husband call him back for explanation but he didnt have explanation in fact. very bad hotel. ni first time i stay this kind of hotel!! wont go there anymore.
