No lifts and no phone in the rooms. Very troublesome to get in touch with the reception. Towels were dirty and torn. Room aircon was leaking. Will not book again.

The hotel is terrible, sorry to say that. The worst hotel in the history of my travels, the toilet bowl is very dirty, unprofessional staff.. going down to the lobby to check out at around 8:00 in the morning and no one in the front desk, waiting for almost an hour, finally decided to call 訂房網站.com and inform with my situation. Finally after an hours staff is reaching to the lobby. Not recommended especially for parents with kids.

We arrived about midnight and at first look on the outside is a bit spooky. But the room inside is very nice clean and smells good. Looks like just finished from renovation. My room also have small window with pokok pisang view. Feels good to escape from city view. Pokok pisang for LIFE !
