No lifts and no phone in the rooms. Very troublesome to get in touch with the reception. Towels were dirty and torn. Room aircon was leaking. Will not book again.

The hotel is terrible, sorry to say that. The worst hotel in the history of my travels, the toilet bowl is very dirty, unprofessional staff.. going down to the lobby to check out at around 8:00 in the morning and no one in the front desk, waiting for almost an hour, finally decided to call 訂房網站.com and inform with my situation. Finally after an hours staff is reaching to the lobby. Not recommended especially for parents with kids.

Listed as 24 hrs front office, however, when I arrived at around 3pm, no one was at the counter and the glass door was locked. Only a phone no. provided on a cardboard & asked to contact someone if help is needed. The staff appeared after around 20 mins. The next morning when I was going out at around 9am, I told the counter staff to have my room cleaned. I was asked to leave the key card so that the room can be cleaned. I left the key card. However, when I came back at around 4pm, I was told that the room has not been cleaned. This is rather disappointing as I was expecting for the room to be cleaned since it has way passed the normal check in time. I finally told the staff to have my towels changed and did not asked for the room to be clean again as it will be inconvenient for the room to be cleaned while we are in the room. The level of service is really below par.
