地點: 個人覺得蠻好的在比較不塞車的地點。附近還有便利店，餐館。房源:很乾凈，沒有發黴和潮濕的感覺。住得舒服，兩個房間兩個廁所，適合小家庭。客廳還能睡兩個人。有提供一次性拖鞋，牙刷🪥 早餐:訂房包括早餐，如果超過房源入住人數，小孩需額外付費，早餐選擇不是太多，但也足夠，味道還不錯。但是要早一些去食物選擇比較多。服務:非常好，員工們的態度都很好，要求毛巾，被單需要額外付費每件五令吉。打電話要求不到10分鐘就送到房間了。總結:價格也不貴，非常推薦大家來金馬倫時入住這家酒店。

This hotel is still my top choice when I return to Cameron Highland. Parking is free for hotel guests. Smooth check-in process and good service from the staff. Very comfortable and spacious room with cool temperature, extremely windy and relaxing view, although sometimes the noise of vehicles is a little disturbing but that is beyond the hotel's control. Besides, I also requested for an extra blanket and a pillow and was informed that the charge was RM5/item and I agreed. However, when delivering it to the room, the housekeeping staff informed me that they gave it to me for free so I didn't have to pay. Anyway, below the hotel are convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and more. The hotel's strategic location is also close to various shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it was a great stay.

酒店在一個商場內，離巴士站很近步行即到，周邊吃飯逛夜市很方便，樓下就有很多好吃的，包括old town caffe，西餐，火鍋和蘭州牛肉麵… 酒店房間非常寬敞，設施也齊全，風景望出去是一片樹林和山，很適合一家人度假放鬆。早餐蠻豐富的，麵包種類很多，還有面可以自己煮，熱菜是馬來風格，咖喱雞和炒粉都不錯。值得一提的是酒店的服務很好，還有經理打來電話詢問反饋意見。當晚我們被分配了一間房有很濃的潮味，可能很久沒人住過。和經理反映後，立即為我們升級成了兩室一廳的套房，我們對酒店的服務和解決問題的速度非常滿意。

It was a very pleasant stay, faced no difficulties whatsoever. The room is wide and spacious, and the balcony was a nice touch to enjoy the cool weather. Breakfast was sufficient and well prepared. You can book tours from the ground floor of the same building the hotel is on, and food options are everywhere nearby. Would recommend.

I stayed in a 2-bedroom unit at a service apartment in the center of Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby food outlets, though most of them were older restaurants. The reception service was good and the staff were friendly. The main downside was the basement parking — the access lanes were quite congested and narrow, and many of the parking spaces were also tight. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great central location.

Nice quiet location for stay. Breakfast was good and the double room for 4 pax was good for bonding as hall is spacious. Eateries are plentiful downstairs and good food too. While they don’t provide air condition in the rooms, there were plenty of ceiling fans. Also at night, it was cold that we did not need to turn on the fans. Would recommend booking here if you hv family of 4.

Room is big and spacious, 2bed2bath. Check in process was smooth, walking distance to some restaurants nearby. FOC breakfast was simple- English/ nasi lemak/ noodle & egg station etc. customer service is excellent, manager on duty called to check if room was ok shortly after check in. Sound proofing is pretty poor though, can hear doors slamming close and amplified due to design of air well in the middle of the hotel. Some guest from across the other side of hotel was talking loudly past midnight & could be heard from the room, raised this to hotel manager and they immediately sent someone to check on the noise. Bravo for customer service.

a nice hotel situated in mall. Free parking. However, once you enter the room, u can feel the musty n moldy smell due to the chill and windy. The cleanliness can be improves as there is dust on the shades and on the wall which cause me sneezing when im in the rooms. Good service for the pillow selection as i have difficulties on the soft feather pillow on the first night. Breakfast spread is so so. You can find good hawker during night with good choices. Should try “Satay Abang” at the junction, nice n tender satay. Will i repeat the stay? Need rethink as most my clothes still have the smell left on the musty smell.. huhu
