I left my iphone after check out at room 226.but I track my phone was in that hotel room,so I called the hotel and indian receptionist pick up the call.i tell her my phone was in the room 226 where were we live.And she said,room cleaner already clean the room .so i clearly said I track my iphone still there and I’m going to pick it up.and she say,depends on you la I don’t she try to help me.when I reach the hotel and then the cleaner open that 226 room and my iphone still in the room like i said.and I ask the cleaner “she said the room already got clean up”?the cleaner said no one clean up yet.so..what she trying to tell me is maybe my chance to find the phone percentage after room is clean up is zero.sorry to inform we iPhone user know how to track our iphone.next time ppl lost or forgot their thing,please show some help.try to go immediately to the room to make sure their belongings was there.be honest 😘

I booked room with double king bed. The room is spacious enough for us to comfortably pray. The amenities provided were sufficient for me but you do need to bring your toiletries. The bed is similar like one you find in other budget hotels. For the price i paid, I'm happy.

Okay la. Kalau sampai dah malam, kena call penjaga hotel sebab receptionist dh balik. Overall worth the price. Iron board dan water cooler di luar bilik.

The receptionist not friendly at all. Hv to use machine to check in and check out. The cleanliness so so..... is a budget hotel, nothing to expect. at night the birds love to hang-out in the window making lots of noise

Stayed for 2 nights during Hari Raya as it's near my kampong. Reception staff were friendly and cheerful. Hotel's best asset is its location in a very central junction close to different villages. Room was very big and generally clean and tidy, though it lacks amenities: TV had no remote, no toothbrush, no shampoo, no mini fridge, no slippers. Pillows also had a weird smell but easily fixed using febreeze. Good choice for a short stay to visit family where you only need a comfortable place to sleep in.

location hotel mmg tiptop, check in / check out xde masalah, xperlukan deposit, tapiiiii!!!! saluran bilik air tersumbat, lampu bilik air malap, lantai bilik air berkulat, sarung bantal berhabuk mmg sekali ni je la ddk hotel ni, pilih hotel ni pon sbb nak dekat dgn ktm.. elakkan bilik 226 kalo bwk family!

The hotel’s service is terrible. We booked from 10th April to 14th April. Our room’s toilet was flooding and the WiFi didn’t work in our room for the first 4 days of our stay. We have been informing the reception since day 1, and even after 4 days nothing has been fixed. The receptionist even argued with me after she fixed none of the problems. I am very unhappy about this lousy service, even when I booked until 14th April, we left on 13th April. I have sent an email to the hotel, but even until now there is no response.

It started with a very bad impression! The receptionist concentrate on her phone game more than my booked room verification, she was an Indian lady and later took over by the Malay lady was more helpful and friendly. In the hotel room, I can see spider web on ceiling and wall corner! The bed sheet and pillow are smelly! The floor tiles are hollow when walk on it with cracking sound! The wash basin is clogged and so disgusting! The cleanliness were terrible! Instant water heater with low and inconsistent water pressure! No WIFI, not as mentioned room facilities! I'm staying in level 2, in the morning at 10:00am I'm being knock to wakeup due to the noise from the exhaust duct adjacent to the window towards roof level, I supposed the restaurant at floor below started their business and switch on the exhaust fan motor and causes the irritating noise! As mentioned in web-site, it's a 3-Star hotel, really?????!!!! It's really not worth with to stay with the cost and the services provided as the location is not in a big city. As a result, I will not return to this place and won't recommend to my friends.
