母の代理で予約したのですが、訂房網站.comからの予約だったため予約番號がすぐに見つからなかったようで、もう少しで冷たくあしらわれ、帰らされるところだった時聞きました。 日本語で予約名が見つからなかったことも原因の一つだったようですが、高齢者でしたので、もう少し丁寧に対応いただきたかったです。 また利用させていただくこともありますので、引き続きどうぞよろしくお願い致します。

A bit far from the station, but I think Tama Center isn't really somewhere you go for the sake of location--you usually have a specific place that you need to be. In my case, that "place" was literally the building the hotel was in, so convenience was unparalleled. The building's originally built as a training facility for some large Japanese company, so there's no real separation facilities-wise between offices/training facilities and the rooms. They're in different floors, but you're sharing the same elevators etc., so it can become a bit awkward, but that's really about it. There's a convenience store that can be accessed from inside the building, free laundry facilities (though you have to bring your own soap--or purchase at the on-site convenience store)

仕事で一泊 ホテルの1階にファミリーマートがあり、駐車場も20台程度無料で駐車できるので助かります。 新しいので清潔感はバッチリ トイレと浴室は別でした
