The a/c unit in our room did not work, and I’m pretty sure they knew about this before hand. Also the toaster oven did not work nor did the remotes for the Tv, and when I brought this up at the front desk they told me it worked before I came as if I came and broke it all.

Hotel muito bem localizado no centrinho de Tamarindo. Diversas opções de restaurante e entretenimento ao redor. Quartos amplos, bem equipados e limpos. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. Hotel também possui parceria com outras empresas de turismo e prestadores de serviço. Exemplos: aulas de surf, passeios como snorkling e até day-訂房網站 para Nicarágua eram opções vendidas na recepção.
