Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities. My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again.

床太軟 洗澡的水流很小 服務人員的態度很差 這給我們很不好感受 而且行李寄存時很隨意 沒有任何憑證 讓人很擔心 不過早餐內容豐富 味道不錯👍

Ensin positiiviset: vastaanottovirkailijat todella ystävällisiä ja avuliaita, sijainti erinomainen, aamupala jopa keliaakikolle super hyvä! Sitten vähän huonommat: kadun meteli kuului todella kovaa huoneeseen, ilmastointilaite piti järkyttävää meteliä, suihku homeessa, seinä rikki, hieman sotkua huonessa mutta sänky hyvä. Kylpyläpuolella pukukoppi ja suihkutilat sokkeloiset, haisee ihan järkyttävältä ja saunojen lattiat niin kuumat ettei kävellä pysty. Altaat ihan ok mutta hiekkaiset kaikkialla. Aamupala henkilöstö oli hieman töykeää mutta voi olla kulttuuriero aspassa.

Удобное расположение. Недалеко rimi. Отличный персонал на ресепшн, девочка отвечала на все вопросы и помогла с такси. И при этом с улыбкой. Это приятно. СПА зона не очень большая, но отмокнуть после дня на ногах вполне подходит. Кровать мягкая, на любителя, но спалось неплохо. Только подушки очень толстые для меня были. Воды в номере не было, но чай и чайник были. Завтрак шведский стол, голодными точно не останетесь.

We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. They changed the room and as we were going out, we asked if someone could help to move our bags to the new room. The guy behind the desk said no. I protested and he eventually agreed.

Pros: Great location Excellent breakfast Nice SPA facilities Enjoyable water park Cons: Very loud pool training sessions No slippers for the SPA Gap between the joined beds Poor soundproofing Details: 1. Loud Pool Training: During our time at the SPA, a group pool training session took place. The trainer used a whistle very loudly and frequently, which significantly disrupted the relaxing atmosphere. When I politely asked the trainer to lower the volume, he dismissively told me it was none of my business. This ruined the overall SPA experience. 2. SPA Slippers Not Provided: Slippers were not provided in the room and could only be purchased for a small fee. However, this information is only shared once you reach your room, meaning you have to return to the reception to get them. Quite inconvenient. 3. Bed Gap Issue: The main bed was actually two smaller beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart, creating a gap in the middle. This could easily be fixed either by securing the bed legs with straps or placing a large double mattress on top.

Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

Oikein mukava käynti. Ihanan avulias työntekijä järjesteli meille isomman toisen huoneen kun huomasi että varauksessamme oli kaksi pientä huonetta ja saimme lisää tilaa lapselle. Erinomainen käynti.

Мы были в этом отеле несколько дней и каждый день ассортимент завтрака изменялся, были новые интересные блюда. Понравился оазис спа, если прийти днем, то там будет безлюдно и очень комфортно отдыхать.
