The hotel did not meet expectations. The rooms are quite old and clearly in need of renovation. In addition, the service was disappointing, particularly at the front desk. One female staff member was notably unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills, which negatively affected the overall experience. Front desk personnel should be more welcoming and professional, as they represent the first point of contact for guests. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to stay at this hotel since it was Sinulog 2026 and most hotels within Cebu City proper were already fully booked.
