優點：1. 度假村環境優美，有各種遊玩項目。2. 晚餐的格魯吉亞餐廳味道很棒，比在市區吃過的餐廳都好吃。早餐也還算豐富，味道也不錯。 缺點：1. 價格浮動很大，同一個房型一星期之前是 700 多 rmb，前三四天是 500 多， 入住前一天以及當天降到 200 多。2.預訂的是兩張單人床，給的是一張大床。3.床用有點陳舊，感覺清潔度不夠，不過房間很乾凈，設施也不錯。

房間很現代，酒店裡必備的設施都有，拎包入住，自己不用帶什麼。景區不大但很有特色，樹屋真的可以助眠。如果平時壓力大，不妨來這小住幾天，森林裡的木屋，相信純植物的芳香可以治癒人的傷痛和疲憊。

房間非常一般，設施太舊，沙發表面較臟，入住時房間竟然沒有餐巾紙和衞生紙，電話催了三次才姍姍來遲，基本上沒有什麼服務！勝在度假村整體環境好！

The stay and the location was exceptional, there were many activities which are well organized. However, the room service was pretty much delayed all the time. Any support took time to attend. Overall it was good!!

ROOM: The location of the bathroom and toilet, outside the room in the corridor, is not private and a bit scary especially if needed at night, when you are in night dress. SERVICE : A scary club-car driver blocked us the way out of the room to force us to pay for his club-car service, while the reception later told us that this club-car service was free. While we complained about it at the reception, the receptionist called several drivers, and asked us to identify that bad one, just like in a police station !!! FACILITIES : The very few slopes (only 5) were very disappointing for us. This ski resort is only suitable for beginners. The view from the very top of the mountain is really not impressive as promoted in their advertisements. FOOD: Fair. STAFF: Not much smiley, but as often in Kazakhstan.
