酒店服務很好，設施一流，交通非常便利，想不到什麼可以投訴，雖然今次短暫停留。下一次會選擇更長的時間去體驗。

酒店只有10間客房，設施新淨， 10分乾淨，日式和風，露天風裡有按摩功能，工作人員態度10分良好，會打電話來提醒吃晚飯和早飯，原本需要提早離開酒店，不能享用晚飯，酒店特別安排在早一個時間安排早飯，十分之體貼的服務。而且食物質素非常高質。水壓足夠。安排在獨立房間吃飯，私人感10分充足。

房間很大，很高級，但是從訂房網站定的話，訂房網站會擅自給你定晚上8點入住，導致我到了以後浴池都沒有收拾，湊合住了一晚，沒有用浴池，氣的我差點打12345，懶得跟你們較真

Private onsen in the room gives a really nice sense of privacy. The room was spacious and came with free parking. Receptionist was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the air-conditioning wasn’t cold enough for the size of the room as the wooden bars blocked the airflow. We had to turn on the humidifier and use our own small fan just to sleep comfortably.

The whole stay is seamless. The room is clean and spacious, have more than everything you needed, private hot spring, comfortable bed and sofa. Each guest room has their own private dining rooms on the second floor. So you will have all the privacy staying in this hotel. Until I checked out I was quite upset - when I booked the hotel and asked for the meal plan they said they added it to my booking so I thought maybe they somehow did not mention it at 訂房網站.com only. As I crossed check their official website all of their booking options included meal plans (一泊兩食） which is normal in onsen hotels. Until I saw the bill and find out they charged me for it. I totally have no questions to pay it if I was acknowledged (it’s at a very reasonable price to me). Or I may have chosen to find other restaurants in Takeo.
