據高山市政條例，高山市從2025年10月1起徵收住宿稅。徵稅標準根據住宿金額按每人每晚進行徵收。住宿費未滿1萬日元每人每晚徵收100日元；1萬日元-3萬日元未滿每人每晚徵收200日元；3萬日元以上每人每晚徵收300日元。部分房價不包含住宿稅，需客人在飯店前台付費，具體以飯店告知為準。
日本厚生勞動省要求所有國際遊客在任何住宿設施（旅館、飯店、汽車旅館等）登記時提交護照號碼和國籍。此外，住宿業主必須為所有登記的客人複印護照，並將複印件存檔。

除了距離地鐵站近一點，其他沒有優勢，剛剛進屋感覺一股黴味，廚房間衹有一個鍋五個小蝶，二個盤子，連垃圾袋都沒有準備，要和客服溝通才送過來幾個，電水壺電線都不對，和客服溝通換了線，插拖線板容易跳電，沒辦法衹能放在地上燒水，榻榻米底座木頭架子容易踢腳，我女兒碰到腳趾傷了嚴重，後面去高地行程衹能放棄。

比較可惜的是沒有電梯，上下樓比較辛苦，房間很大又有廚房，廁所又很大，離車站又非常近。

房間夠大，就是廚房設備太少，沒有碗，衹有二個大盤，五個小蝶，還有榻榻米底座木頭架子容易碰到腳，我們仨人全部都碰到，女兒腳趾受傷影響走路，希望想辦法改進。

easy self check-in, close to Takayama Station, the room was spacious there's bed and tatami style too. kitchen was in seperate room, got ricecooker, pot, pan. washing and drying machine in the room. explore Takayama just by walking and some pic around the stay :)

We love this B&B! Right next to the Takayama train station and Bus Terminal, easy to find. Very spacious and spotless clean. Beds are comfortable, the shower and bathroom is of high quality with bouncy floor and big tub. On suite laundry and drying machines. We just wished there had been a bit more cooking and dining ware for us to better utilize the fairly big dining area, and better solutions to hang towel and clothes outside the shower room. Next time we may choose Takayama as a traveling hub for neighboring sites and stay here again. Absolutely amazing space!
