飛驒高山瓦特酒店及Spa (Wat Hotel & Spa Hida Takayama)

一切都很滿意，除了衞生不滿意。 昨晚睡得很香但是半夜被癢醒，第二天退房兩小時後撓兩下皮膚，發現成片的像是濕疹一樣的腫塊。奇癢無比，越發越大。吃的東西都是之前常吃的，也不知道是不是過敏，可能床上用品不太乾淨。 未婚妻手上和背上比我還嚴重。

酒店設有家庭式私人溫泉，免費的，附近有超級市場 離車站約10分鐘，周邊較靜 絕對介紹入住，性價比很高，適閤家庭

價格適中，溫泉舒服，一拖二有三床房可以選擇真的是好極了，到濃飛巴士大概步行8分鐘，JR站也是，高山非常值得多住幾天，唯一缺點就是晚上週邊能吃飯的地方不多。但酒店早餐還是很豐盛的。

深夜才到達，因為某些原因未能入住，前台職員態度不積極處理，需要我聯繫平台客服，客服也未能直接聯絡酒店，搞咗成個鐘先，最後加錢先肯解決，旅行心情沒了。 酒店走廊異常黑暗，深夜時看到尾房有人閃過，以為**，嚇死我。一個女仔唔建議入住，沒有安全感。溫泉水都一浸消毒藥水味道，以為自己喺游泳池。 頂樓溫泉家庭房地蓆異常臭（尤其是一號房等待區對面），沒有人打擾，衛生堪憂，寧願佢收錢。 早上很早便有人打掃，很容易被嘈醒，不適合休息。 最後不建議入住，再找其他吧！大失所望。

This has been my worst hotel experience in Japan. I booked the most expensive luxury suite but received the poorest service. The bathroom had no designated basket for used towels and yukata, forcing us to place them under the sink. Next day we returned to my room, I found the used towels and yukata still lying on the bathroom floor but the rest of the room having been cleaned. When I inquired at the front desk, a male staff responded that the housekeeping team was concerned 'we might reuse the yukata left on the floor." What an absurd explanation! When I further asked where should we place the used yukata for replacement, I was shocked to be told to "just leave them on the hallway floor outside the room." I couldn't believe they expected guests to place personal garments in a public hallway! The front desk staff acted as if this were completely normal practice. At this point, I no longer felt comfortable wearing the yukata at all. I will never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. The complete lack of basic service standards and hygiene consideration for a supposedly luxury accommodation is utterly unacceptable. 這是我在日本住過最差的酒店體驗。預訂了最貴的奢華套房, 卻得到最差的服務。房間浴室內沒有任何可擺放使用過的毛巾和浴袍的籃子，所以只能放在水池下方；第二天回到客房後卻看見使用過的毛巾和浴衣仍然放在浴室地上，而房間其他地方是已經打掃過的。前往前台詢問，一位男職員面無表情的表示打掃員工是擔心我們會再次使用地上的浴衣？非常可笑的理由! 再詢問使用過的浴衣要放在何處才換知道要更換? 得到的回覆居然是直接放在房間外走廊的地上!! 不敢相信這麼貼身的衣物居然要我直接放在公共走廊的地上? 但前台員工一臉非常正常的樣子, 這浴衣我是不敢再穿了! 這酒店我也不會再入住, 也不會推薦給任何人。

沒想到在日本旅遊住酒店遇到這種事。 住了3天，每天都早出晚歸，因為要當天來回上高地和白川鄉。第2天晚上回來的時候，發現早上替換下來放在床上的白色衣服不見了。和老婆兩個人找了所有行李箱，但唯獨這件衣服不見了，其他都在。 想了半天，個人猜測因為是純白衣服，和浴巾同色，估計被打掃人員當成替換浴巾處理掉了。 當時第一時間就聯繫了酒店前台，但是由於時間太晚，前台反饋housekeeper都下班了，就記錄了一下説是第二天問完給反饋。 但是第二天也沒有主動聯繫我反饋。當我又去前台問的時候恰巧是同一個人，衹是説很抱歉，但是他的意思就是沒有找到，也沒有任何處理方法（包括也不提萬一找到了聯繫你或者給點賠償啥的），總之就是口頭抱歉但是沒有任何處理方法。 雖然不是啥貴重物品，但是一個酒店能弄丟客人東西，而且丟失東西后就這麼處理，非常不專業。最後為了不影響遊玩心情，衹能自認倒黴，呵呵。

飯店離車站很近，有提供停車場。早餐豐盛好吃，除了迎賓飲料，泡澡區的免費冰棒，意外的還有烤棉花糖。烤棉花糖非常有趣，可以坐在天台上一邊聊天，一邊烤棉花糖很好玩。

A really comfortable hotel room in Takayama. The room is big and clean. The bed is really comfortable. It’s a short walk from Takayama Station and the old town making it a great location. The hotel is quite strict about the 3pm checkin (which I’m usually okay with). I stored my luggage and returned to the hotel later and there was quite a bit line of people waiting to checkin. For me, if the rooms are ready and the guests are a little bit early it doesn’t make sense to be so strict about the 3pm checkin. It creates inconvenience for the guests and a stressful time period for the staff. They moved as fast as they could but it could be improved. It’s disappointing to see another Japanese hotel enforce rules just for the sake of enforcing them rather than logically think about the situation. Also, when informed about the baths, I asked if I could use them with a tattoo and I got a vague answer which didn’t answer my question. I ended up using a public bath at a neighboring facility. I respect Japanese culture but it would be better if staff could give a clear answer rather than feel awkward about a tattoo question. It is 2025 after all. The hotel breakfast was decent but it’s extremely crowded with limited seating. I sat downstairs which was fine with me. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Takayama but there is definitely room for improvement.

房間挺大的，頂樓可以泡湯，還有桑拿，製冰機，免費棒冰，可以很放鬆。 距離JR站不到一公里，不算遠但也不算很近，好在路很好走。距離天滿神宮、高山陣屋、老街什麼的算方便，可以慢慢逛過去。

喜歡這裡的設計，不論是外觀或房間都很喜歡。房間設施完善，除了電視無法接HDMI之外，希望能多體諒外國人需要娛樂，能接個電視盒看看Netflix就好了。另外插頭很多，這樣很棒。還有免費泡湯，露天湯屋很讚。付費早餐也不錯吃。至於地理位置，去高山老街走路十分鐘左右，很棒。若有機會再來高山市，我一定會再來住。
