沒有自駕的安排下，一直擔心怎樣從上高地前往這酒店，或怎樣從這酒店去高山駅，誰知選擇了一間非常好的酒店，價錢不高，絕對值得推薦。 交通極度方便，從平湯溫泉有巴士直達旅館門口，同樣，旅館門口也有巴士直接到達高山駅。如果打算去「上高地」，絕對可以考慮入住這旅館。 服務：我是坐巴士前往的，下車時已經有職員在門口接待，前台有外籍職員能說流利英語，清楚地解釋酒店設施及安排。晚飯時也有中國藉服務員以普通話解釋每一道菜。 設施：旅館雖然有點舊，但保養非常好，浴場也很大，戶外也有兩個溫泉，絕對值得一試。 酒店門口的火車，原來是Karokate房間，有興趣可試。

5星酒店，設施老舊，房間還算乾淨，乾濕分離，榻榻米房間，5人住有點擠，溫泉池子有10幾個，有男池、女池和公浴池，景色優美、安靜宜人。

The old lady works in the onsen is really nice she even taught me how to enter it with proper way and prepare me small towel. She is just like my grandma who always take care of me from the moment I enter and go out. Dinner is great, mixed onsen is a plus. Huge room. The bed is made when we got back from dinner.

Very good onsen with a nice view, rooms were a little dusty but its probably normal for a hotel this age. Breakfast were very disappointing as we were looking forward to a Japanese style breakfast but we served with toast sausages egg and yogurt. We asked the staff for a change but they said Japanese breakfast are fully booked and blamed that we didn't book beforehand, nothing was informed about having to book for Japanese meals!! And this is a ryokan style, it goes without saying!!

部屋は悪くありませんでしたが、設備はやや古く、畳のにおいがかなり強かったです。 また、食事中に換気のため窓を開けていたところ、網戸は閉まっていたにもかかわらず、小さな蟲がたくさん入ってきました。

We reached after 8pm but the hotel extended the dining time for us. The service is good, we were served by loads of food, amazed by their warm hospitality, took 4-5 rounds of food serving. There are few onsens but it was too late for us to explore all. The staff is helpful, helped us look out for bus to Shin Hokata ropeway.
