位置很好，走去太平湖7分鐘。周圍很多吃的。房間看到山景。但是設施老舊，衞生狀況非常不滿意，明顯沒打掃乾淨。服務更是讓人目瞪口呆。打電話要轉換接頭，馬上説沒有，又説會去問。過了半小時，沒有回覆。再打去，前台説問了就是沒有。我説那你為什麼那麼久不給我回復，而是要我主動打來跟進？你們一個國際連鎖酒店連adapter都沒？前台説房間有通用插座讓我自己找一下。牆上的插座有點積灰，仔細查看後是通用的，但是真的很難插進去！旁邊的USB插座更是沒電！太差了！ checkout的時候説差一張房卡，我説在房裡。前台居然讓人上去找，還説沒了要賠錢。四五星的酒店一般都不要求還房卡的，基本都是現場做的，不值錢。這裡居然搞那麼複雜。我趕時間，就想直接付錢走人，前台居然堅持要等找的人回覆。我不想浪費時間，讓她打電話和查的人確認而不是等那人再回到前台，被告知找到了，這才讓我走。早餐還可以，但是桌面清潔非常敷衍！！真的是不會再來。

清潔服務員忘了放面巾，叫了兩回還要等三十分鐘，紙巾也沒換，浴間有螞蟻，還好床品還不錯，房間沒黴味，四周很多餐廳可選擇

因為酒店附近有很多飲食中心所以今次我們沒有揀選酒店的早餐。酒店的位置，房間的設施都很滿意，特別服務員的態度非常友善，每次我們出入酒店，他們都很有禮貌向我們微笑打招呼，有賓至如歸的感覺。

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed from check-in to check-out. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, walking distance to shops/restaurants/public transport. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with comfy bedding, a well-designed layout, and amenities that included [list: e.g. espresso machine, high-speed Wi-fi, luxurious toiletries]. What really stood out was the staff service — everyone was warm, attentive and professional. From welcome greetings to helpful recommendations and prompt responses to requests, it made a big difference. The food and dining experience were also excellent: the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and dinner at their onsite restaurant was memorable. loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it.

飯店前台員工服務很棒，服務人員也都很親切。太平很美，飯店能看到太平公園的全景，真的是很無敵，彷彿飯店的窗是畫框，外面的景色是一幅會動的山水畫。飯店又鄰近超多巴剎，真的是非常優質的飯店。

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring the area easy. The overall environment is nice and welcoming, and I found the atmosphere quite comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. Staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. It may not be luxurious, but it delivers good value for money and I would consider staying here again.

Parking exclusive at 6 floor. Breakfast at 7 floor. Room superb and spacious. Nice Taiping view. Neat Lake Garden. From ground floor can access mall. Food easy to get as there are stall yong Tau foo near Balai Bomba Taiping Staff friendly. Pool big for kids and adult. There is a gym at 7 floor near breakfast area

推側門出便是商場, 但相對冷清, 地下有甜品店, 兩個人坐下來共享一碗, 對面便是小販中心, 煮炒價錢合理, 奶皇蝦/炒魚片味道不錯, 房外景觀一望無際
