因為酒店附近有很多飲食中心所以今次我們沒有揀選酒店的早餐。酒店的位置，房間的設施都很滿意，特別服務員的態度非常友善，每次我們出入酒店，他們都很有禮貌向我們微笑打招呼，有賓至如歸的感覺。

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed from check-in to check-out. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, walking distance to shops/restaurants/public transport. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with comfy bedding, a well-designed layout, and amenities that included [list: e.g. espresso machine, high-speed Wi-fi, luxurious toiletries]. What really stood out was the staff service — everyone was warm, attentive and professional. From welcome greetings to helpful recommendations and prompt responses to requests, it made a big difference. The food and dining experience were also excellent: the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and dinner at their onsite restaurant was memorable. loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it.

飯店前台員工服務很棒，服務人員也都很親切。太平很美，飯店能看到太平公園的全景，真的是很無敵，彷彿飯店的窗是畫框，外面的景色是一幅會動的山水畫。飯店又鄰近超多巴剎，真的是非常優質的飯店。

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring the area easy. The overall environment is nice and welcoming, and I found the atmosphere quite comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. Staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. It may not be luxurious, but it delivers good value for money and I would consider staying here again.

Parking exclusive at 6 floor. Breakfast at 7 floor. Room superb and spacious. Nice Taiping view. Neat Lake Garden. From ground floor can access mall. Food easy to get as there are stall yong Tau foo near Balai Bomba Taiping Staff friendly. Pool big for kids and adult. There is a gym at 7 floor near breakfast area

What a breathtaking view! It was my first time in Taiping and didnt have much expectation for a small town hotel. The room was clean and cozy where the view was a bonus! Can’t believe that the gym was facing the hill too. It was such a bliss exercising while watching the sunrise. The swimming pool can do some more thorough cleaning on all the tiles. Front desk was kind and friendly too. Notified me immediately when I left my parking ticket on the counter and kept for me until I claim for it the next day.
