The staff spoke perfect English! The location is amazing close to different lines of the Taipei metro and also close to the park where the free walking tour starts. I had a small room but it was clean and ac was strong. Beds were comfortable. I paid 22 usd per night so I was happy with what I received for that price. Towels are extra $$ so bring your own. The place has a washing machine and a dryer which was very helpful

I stayed at SleepBox Hostel in Taipei and overall had a decent experience. The location is very convenient, close to Ximending and the MRT, which made it easy to get around the city. The price is also quite affordable compared to other options nearby. Cleanliness was okay – the bathrooms and shared spaces were maintained fairly well, though nothing outstanding. The room itself felt a bit small and basic, but it was fine for a short stay. Noise can travel through the halls and capsules, so earplugs are helpful. It’s a good budget choice if you just need a simple, central place to sleep while exploring Taipei. Not the most comfortable or spacious option, but it works well if you’re looking for convenience and value.

If you're solo and on a budget, this is a good deal. The capsule dorm style suit me as a solo traveler, with complete amenities. You don't need to worry about anything. Their location is also good. Will stay here again.

We had a good experience. Although the room was small, and in the basement - the beds were quite comfortable and the hostel was very clean. There is a free luggage storage and you can even use their laundry machine and automatic dryer. I recommend this place as it is probably one of the most affordable options in Taipei. It is also quite close to the main train station so you won't have to walk that far if you need to use it.

⭕️ バス停がすぐ近くにあり、駅や街の中心にも徒歩で行ける立地がとても便利でした。館內は共用スペースが広く、一般的なドミトリータイプの宿と比べて開放感があります。少し修學旅行のような雰囲気があって、泊まっていて楽しい気分になれました。部屋にはテレビも備わっていて、ゆったり過ごせるのも嬉しいポイントです。 ❌ 一方で、部屋のエアコンやシャワーの溫度は自分で調整できないため、好みと合わないと少し不便に感じるかもしれません。また、二段ベッドの手すりや階段などが簡易的な作りで、人によっては使いにくさや危なさを感じると思います。全體的には「リーズナブルに宿泊しつつ、にぎやかな雰囲気を楽しみたい人」にはおすすめできる宿でした。

The hotel is very convenient since it is located near the Ximen MRT Station and also the Ximending market. They did what I requested for our room. The person who’s in the counter is not that approachable but the self check in process was very smooth and easy. I hope they provide more ammunities for the people.

It's bearable, the windowless rooms are clean enough, the communal area is all underground so you can't really spend any time there. No cups/forks, nothing but there's a microwave and kettle, very dirty. The receptionists are horrible, no Hello/Welcome/Thank you, zero interaction, zero attention, they really make you feel like you shouldn't be there. There were kids yelling and running around all 2 nights I was there, people shouting etc, the receptionists wouldn't say anything and the rooms have zero sound insulation. The metal steps to go up to the bunk beds are super dangerous,I slept on the little couch underneath as it shows in my picture, wouldn't stay again even though it's very central and easy to find

WE HAD A NICE STAY. I booked a 2 night stay last August. I traveled with my mom, we had a double decker bed. The upper bed was huge, like two people can fit. They had a shared restroom outside which is super clean and tidy! Staffs are constantly on round to clean the restroom and refill the tissues. Our room has its own bathroom, towels and shower necessities are also provided. The location is also great! Just a 10-15 mins walk from XIMENDING STATION EXIT 4. Lots of convenience stores outside, there is also Starbucks, Subway, and Bonchon right across the street. Definitely great for its price!

西門駅から徒歩7分くらい。久しぶりに台灣に來ましたが、かなりホテル代が高いなっていました。その中でも安かったのでこちらのホテルに泊まりました。タオル等は有料でアメニティは一切ないので持參されることをお勧めします。部屋にはティッシュもないです。部屋の目の前にテーブルと椅子の共有スペースがあり、誰かがそこでご飯を食べている事が多いので、部屋を開けるときは中が丸見えになります。寢に帰るだけだったので許容範囲です。
