I had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard Taipei Downtown! The rooms were clean, spacious and had a great view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again!

A very comfortable stay with Downtown Courtyard Taipei, prompt attention,very happy with everything of Reception, In room dinning and housekeeping but Particularly Jane & Genie 🫶🏼from Reception, Andy and Jason from Concierge team, my friend and I really enjoyed the birthday cake :) also the tall guy from concierge who tried to reserve buffet restaurant for my sister.

一如既往地喜歡萬豪，很不錯。 沒來得及取現，吃了一週的in-room dining，味道不錯，就是選擇不太多，豆腐腦太甜了（對我來説，不太喜歡甜品😂） 雖然是城區中心，幾乎全是金融，銀行，歇業很早，八點半的樣子就開始安靜了。 當地人特別熱情，友好，故宮博物院值得細細逛逛。

非常差，對訂房網站以及酒店非常失望。 我於下單當日嘗試在訂房網站 App 內點擊“申請退款”，但平台未生成任何工單或系統回執；至今未反饋給我到日誌。 入住當日及之後，訂房網站和酒店都未發送任何“未到店提醒”或確認電話/短訊。 2025-03-03 我才發現已被全額扣款，而酒店前廳查無本人入住記錄。 根據《在線旅遊經營服務管理暫行規定》第 28 條要求 OTA 對未履約情形保障消費者知情權、退訂權； 《個人訊息保護法》第 45 條賦予消費者查閲平台日誌的權利； 平台與酒店在明知無服務履行的情況下仍完成扣款，已構成未兌現服務。 退一步講，訂房網站自己定下的《退改承諾保障》自己違背自己的條款保障。

酒店整潔寬敞！服務好！但地理位置稍遜，附近食肆、便利店不多！地鐵站要步行8至10分鐘，乘搭計程車比較方便！

I am happy to share my experience at the Courtyard Marriott. It was my first stay at the hotel and I must say I was very impressed. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and professional. They were quick to rectify any mistakes and even apologized for them. The breakfast served at the hotel was one of the best I have ever had. I must admit, I indulged quite a bit and gained a few extra pounds over my visit. The gym was decent and provided me with a good workout experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and functional. I even enjoyed the elevator music. One thing that made my stay special was the email I received from the hotel staff (Jane Li) the day after I checked out. The email thanked me for staying at the hotel and requested my feedback on the service provided. This level of customer service is exceptional and I have never experienced it before. Well done Courtyard Marriott! I am definitely planning to come back.
