橙舍青旅(台北一館) (TW Hostel I)

這次入住的是標準雙人房，辦理入住時，工作人員很有耐心說明，也會加強提醒哪裡要特別注意 房間部分 •裝潢很溫馨可愛，而且公共空間有冰箱以及飲水機可以去做使用，都清理的很乾淨，走廊也有放置回收垃圾桶 • 剛開門進去是沒有像評論說有潮濕的味道，不過有一股廉價香水味，稍微用冷氣的除濕功能處理一下，就沒有味道了 • 廁所房間打理的很整齊，乾淨，但在毛巾上面我覺得可以多花一點心思，毛巾有點小汙漬 • 隔音部分，如果你對睡眠比較需要安靜的話，個人覺得不太適合，因為外面有人走路講話或是開關門都會有很大聲音，而且外面就是大馬路避免不了車子行駛過的噪音 • 門的部分有點介意，不太懂為什麼要把安全鎖拿掉 最後我覺得價格便宜，而且地點位置不錯，出去就是西門町，雖然沒有附早餐，但附近吃的都很近，方便🙂↕️🙂↕️

一館光是大門就很舒適的感覺，上樓裝潢很美，設備都很新。您一定會喜歡的。 休息區也很多，飲水機也很多，洗澡廁所都跟艙間在同間房裡，很方便，不像公共浴廁還要走到外頭。

不同類型的住宿選擇：膠囊、集體房、上下床格房…共用衛生間，公共浴室，公共飲水機；還有套房，房內不提供煲水壼、杯子；適合不同類型旅客。 地點佳：近西門町商圈。 注意的事項： 1. 沒升降機的舊式建築，樓梯級高，梯級只有部份扶手，自拿行李上落要小心； 2. 住家式經營，東主為了方便旅客，才提供浴巾，但為了支持環保政策，每兩天之後，才更換浴巾一次； 3. 打掃房間事宜，東主未明顯提及，房內也沒有『打掃衛生』牌子，故勿以為東主告知：每兩天更換浴巾一次，以為包括打掃房間，本人居住4晚，第三天早上出門時，一條毛巾放在膠袋裡，掛在門外門挽上，4晚沒進房打掃過房間，垃圾須自己拿出房外的垃圾桶旁，到大堂取垃圾袋，自己更換；而這5天進出住舍，其他房間旅客退房後，眼見清潔員工進房，沒見到更換枕袋被袋床冚；理解的：因房價與同區住宿明顯落差，須節省成本。 4. 本人住套房，當房外的公共衛生間用水時，及熱水器煲水時，會聽到聲音，這是舊式建築原因。 如果接受這種「房間衞生服務」的方式，及出門梯級上落，這裡還是可以。 根據本人每年旅遊15次，第一次選擇這類型住宿，希望一個客觀的評價，能幫助旅客作出自己適合的選擇。

住4晚 第一晚有蟲 又熱 冷氣25實際可能28？完全不冷 遙控器又找不到 半夜被熱到全身都汗 最終去公園坐到凌晨快4點才回去 後面三晚協商退款 只願意退款30% 真是謝謝優良商家 除了位子還可以其餘各位下單前再考慮一下 I stayed for 4 nights. The first night was infested with bugs and extremely hot. The air conditioning was set to 25 degrees Celsius, but it was probably 28 degrees Celsius – not cold at all. I couldn't find the remote. I was sweating profusely in the middle of the night and ended up sitting in the park until almost 4 AM before going home. I negotiated a refund for the next three nights, but they only agreed to refund 30%. I'm truly grateful to the excellent business. Aside from the decent seating, please consider this before booking.

This hostel is super dirty. There was lots of dirt, hairs and what looked like black mold in the shower. It was so dirty that I actually went to clean the room by myself. After scrubbing the floor once, the white towel I used to dry it, still came back brown. The shower was also super disgusting and full of yellow and browm stains. The room was very tiny, which is acceptable in on itself but the shower was literally right next to the sink and toilet so that when I took a shower, the whole bathroom would be wet afterwards. My room had a door lock but it was broken. And the small window that my room had was facing another building, so it didn't let in any sunlight... Apart from that there's also no service. This hostel doesn't have any room service and doesn't provide basics like water bottles or tooth brushes, your rooms also don't get cleaned. If you need a new towel or bedsheets, you have to go to the lobby (which is in the building next door) and ask them for it by yourself. The only good thing about this hostel is that the location is convenient and also close to Ximending night market. This area is, while convenient, however generally kinda dirty and also very loud. I will come back to Taipei but definitely not to this hostel.

整體評分滿意，衞生環境都可以。我已經係第三次入住。

The hotel is very cozy, clean and the staff were very warm and accommodating. You can cook in their pantry if needed. Definitely worth it and will be coming back again as soon as we want to travel to Taipei again.

更喜歡不帶洗手間的那個單人間，周圍逛街吃飯非常方便。

公共區域環境僅有電扇無空調，浴室常有積水情況；最誇張的是已入住chickIN床位後，還被當成該床位無人，轉給下個房客，若不是剛好還在旅店內被詢問到，那外出回來後不就無床可睡…

Cleanliness of the room is terrible, the first day I went in the floor is dirty with dust and strands of hair. The air conditioner was not working well and the room was at 28°C. Told them the next day, they sent in a fan which made things slightly better but the temperature was still constantly at 26°C. Even though they said they will get someone to come and repair but it doesn’t seem to have anything changes as I can see from the thermostat that they temperature is still at 26°C even when I turn the aircon to 18°C. The other guests who stayed at the capsule said their room was even cooler. So I paid extra money to get a single room only to be shortchanged and the room is not very big either. The bed was also not very clean and had bed bugs, I had bed bug bites in the morning. Only plus point is the convenience of the location. The only amenities they have is a washing machine which you have to pay to use, there also isn’t a dryer. Attached is the picture when I check in, if you zoom in, you can see the dust and dirt on the floor.
