房間超大，樓上住宿，樓下有單獨的溫泉，方便且有私密性；酒店在山谷裡，非常幽靜，酒店後山還有步道，風景秀麗；酒店的園林設計風格獨特，賞心悅目

非常治癒的體驗、不過… 餐食實在是太貴了，園區沒有什麼設施可以使用、不過周圍有步道可以去爬爬山

Everything is perfect. Just the bed too soft.

Best resort in Taiwan and worth every penny. Highest level of service - it’s like being at a modern luxury ryokan in Japan except everyone speaks Chinese. Room design is brilliant, and one king room fit my family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers with a California king and a separate tatami area. The room has an epic view from every angle the moment you walk in the door and includes a private outdoor onsen connected to your bathroom. I noticed many private in-room onsens in Japan are diluted down, but this was spring fed. The public onsen was huge, extremely well maintained, and included a large walled zen garden with an adjacent sauna and cold plunge. I was lucky enough to experience this area all to myself with one other guest leaving as I arrived and another guest arriving as I was leaving. In China, this onsen would have comfortably accommodated 100 bathers. The spring water is not high in sulfuric content (doesn’t smell like rotten eggs), and the temperature is relatively mild - ideal for my family. Given the limited availability of the hotel online, I was expecting it to be more crowded. I got the sense that room rates are controlled to optimize guest experience, not profit, while staff are trained to ensure that customers never feel like they are being ripped off or “sold”. It seemed there were more staff than guests on site. I originally booked 2 rooms, and some of my family members couldn’t make the 訂房網站. We didn’t need the second room, and the staff were very gracious to refund and cancel the second room on the spot. When I’m back in Taiwan or traveling to a place where Hoshinoya does business, I would not hesitate to book again and make a special journey to stay at one of their destination resorts.

設施景觀5星：但大眾溫泉櫃子設計難開關，吹風機等級太低❌ 人員4星 : email管理部門無法有效掌握客人需求，一個問題確認3次還❌，但現場服務人員很👌🏻 價格2星 : 比起日本其他hoshinowa,谷關這家不但不含餐費，每樣都分開算，造成旅客麻煩，且美味程度和精緻度無法和價格劃上等號，有點被騙消費餐費的感覺，住宿收費在日本都起碼包括一泊二食了❌

環境打造很用心，服務態度非常好，日式料理和早餐新鮮，性價比不高

環境優雅，舒適，服務親切。溫泉的體驗很棒，地理位置優越

飯店設施很典雅 房間也乾淨，因帶兩位寶貝飯店準備洗奶瓶清潔劑跟刷子浴盆跟消毒鍋都有，寶貝的床也準備兩張分開睡，還可以在房間內使用晚餐讓我們雙寶爸媽可以有機會吃飯覺得很貼心
