I have never seen such a smelly room (Unit 701) ever in my life. The connected sewage was releasing such a rotten mouse smell into the bathroom via the drainage. Such smell had attracted numerous drain flies throughout the unit. Furthermore, the bathroom's ceiling is filled with black molds! Tried to call the help desk to switch room but was told that the hotel was already fully booked for the night. This was by far my worst experience with a "hotel-class" property. With a machine-operated front desk, I can only manage to call this place a motel rather than a true hotel. I don't think I will ever spend a night in Taichung in the future!
