接待服務極差，打預留電話半小時內十多次一直無人接，又無明確房間地址，前台也不知如何接待聯繫，嚴重地浪費顧客時間和影響心情。如此之差之公寓房，會影響訂房網站信譽！

The room was okay, but this is not a hotel, At first the tower where I needed to check in was not indicated on the email that was sent to me. There are no details about the tower, which is why I was not able to check in as soon as I arrived at the place. The room was nice but when I checked the room, there was a cockroach  and then there was some dust and pieces of hair on the floor. This is a sad experience. I was so tired that day, I just had to deal with what's in the room and clean it on my own. :(
