這個地方，真不想多説，從來沒有如此差的體驗感。首先，入住困難，到達時間12點多，前台，確切説是一間小房間，有個工作人員，先説查不到訂單訊息。我就跟納悶了，入住前一天就按郵件要求填寫了入住人員訊息等等。外出這麼多次，第一次要求提前填寫，可以理解，郵件來往了，第二天居然説查不到。後面跟訂房網站聯繫，溝通幾輪後，又發相關入住人員訊息過去。隔了一會，又告知必須三點後才能入住，怎麼説都不行，又訂房網站介入，又告知衞生沒搞好，不知道什麼時候，總之三點，提前的話加錢。好，我同意加，後面又説不行。那行李寄存可以吧，不可以！不提供！我真的無語到家了。後面自行解決了。後面過了那個時間回來辦理入住後，晚上想著燒水給小孩泡個麵吧，對不起，房間不提供水，那我自己買，沒問題。燒水壺壞的！微波爐壞的！換插座都試過了，確認壞的！真的很垃圾！垃圾！沒有任何服務，溝通死板！不建議入住！

本次入駐體驗太差： 1 入住過程是災難，本以在酒店登記拿到房間號碼和電梯key，通知房主拿到房間key就可以了，結果房主以房間管理太多為由反覆讓住客確認身份和email，溝通若干次後才拿到房間入住code。 2 入住衞生問題讓住戶極度不適，竟然發現兩次較大的蟑螂在房間和衞生間爬行！讓我感到極度不舒服😭

房東的服務特別差，溝通特別困難，如果你有更好選擇千萬別預訂這個酒店，住了7天沒有人打掃房間，沒有水，第一天入住就遇到洗衣機壞了，溝通兩天才換的房間，換了房間密碼也不給，需要反覆溝通很多次才拿到密碼，電梯需要刷卡，換了房間後換了樓層又得重新登記了，花了1.5小時才搞定，老闆忘記發郵件了，沒有服務意識，態度也不好，不建議預訂

環境很好，公寓式，高層建築，接近超市，商場，很方便，價格合適，一次登記入住即可。周邊吃的非常多，好評！

One Uptown に滯在して本當に良かったです。BGC の中心にあり、ショッピングモールやレストラン、カフェがすぐ近くにあってとても便利でした。部屋はとても清潔で、インテリアもモダンで居心地が良かったです。ベッドも快適で、夜はぐっすり眠れました。滯在中は自宅のようにリラックスできました。またぜひ利用したいです。

The good: once I had the right room, it was great. Great location with a connection to the mall. Great view on a high floor. The bad: I was given the wrong room from the one I booked. The host did not respond until I eventually had to contact 訂房網站.com, and they were able to contact the host. Basically, I was able to get the corrwxt room the next day, which was great except for when i discovered there was no toilet paper anywhere to be found in the room. I was given the wrong combo to the room and wouldn't have been able to enter if it wasn't for the help of the nice cleaner. The room wasn't ready, and I had to wait for cleaning after i arrived at checkin time. I had a LOT of problems with booking this place. If not for all the issues, it would have been great. I guests Goodluck to the next guests.

I absolutely loved my stay at One Uptown. The location couldn’t be better – it’s right in the heart of BGC, just steps away from Uptown Mall, great restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. The unit itself was spotless, with modern interiors and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and the balcony view at night was breathtaking. I’ll definitely book here again!

One Uptown is such a gem! The building facilities are top-notch – the pool is clean and relaxing, the gym has great equipment, and the lobby always smells amazing. The security team is polite and professional, always greeting you with a smile. Check-in was smooth and quick. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay.

This is a reservation that I made ahead of time to ensure that everything will go smoothly especially after traveling for 22 hours. Upon arriving at the place, we were not able to check in. The establishment wouldn’t let us check in because there was a double-booking according to them. We waited for an hour so that they could investigate and since we were exhausted from traveling, we decided to walk away. This is the last thing that we wanted to deal with after a long journey. This has been the biggest inconvenience and our least favorite moment during our travel. Be careful when booking here since they have zero tolerance for refund even though we weee never able to check in.
