One Uptown に滯在して本當に良かったです。BGC の中心にあり、ショッピングモールやレストラン、カフェがすぐ近くにあってとても便利でした。部屋はとても清潔で、インテリアもモダンで居心地が良かったです。ベッドも快適で、夜はぐっすり眠れました。滯在中は自宅のようにリラックスできました。またぜひ利用したいです。

The good: once I had the right room, it was great. Great location with a connection to the mall. Great view on a high floor. The bad: I was given the wrong room from the one I booked. The host did not respond until I eventually had to contact 訂房網站.com, and they were able to contact the host. Basically, I was able to get the corrwxt room the next day, which was great except for when i discovered there was no toilet paper anywhere to be found in the room. I was given the wrong combo to the room and wouldn't have been able to enter if it wasn't for the help of the nice cleaner. The room wasn't ready, and I had to wait for cleaning after i arrived at checkin time. I had a LOT of problems with booking this place. If not for all the issues, it would have been great. I guests Goodluck to the next guests.

I absolutely loved my stay at One Uptown. The location couldn’t be better – it’s right in the heart of BGC, just steps away from Uptown Mall, great restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. The unit itself was spotless, with modern interiors and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and the balcony view at night was breathtaking. I’ll definitely book here again!

One Uptown is such a gem! The building facilities are top-notch – the pool is clean and relaxing, the gym has great equipment, and the lobby always smells amazing. The security team is polite and professional, always greeting you with a smile. Check-in was smooth and quick. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay.

This is a reservation that I made ahead of time to ensure that everything will go smoothly especially after traveling for 22 hours. Upon arriving at the place, we were not able to check in. The establishment wouldn’t let us check in because there was a double-booking according to them. We waited for an hour so that they could investigate and since we were exhausted from traveling, we decided to walk away. This is the last thing that we wanted to deal with after a long journey. This has been the biggest inconvenience and our least favorite moment during our travel. Be careful when booking here since they have zero tolerance for refund even though we weee never able to check in.

The unit felt very cozy and homely. Everything was neatly arranged, and the small touches made the space very welcoming. I felt relaxed the entire time I stayed here.

Great location but lacking some appliance - with ironing board but no iron, with water boiler but no adaptor as plug is different, with TV but remote not working and cant manually be turned on. Host is responsive though.

公寓地理位置雖然優越，外觀看起來也很新，但實際居住體驗卻令人失望。室內衞生狀況不佳，入住兩週期間頻繁看到小蟑螂，令人難以安心。網絡連接非常不穩定，嚴重影響日常辦公。原本計劃在這段時間內使用樓下的健身房和游泳池運動，但即使出示有效文件，管理處仍堅持不允許使用。總體而言，除了地段較好，幾乎沒有其他優點。
