My stay at Grand Hyatt was exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

在BGC所以很安全，國內擔心安全問題的可以完全放心這個街區。酒店應該比較新，所以各方面設施都很好，房間也很大，圖2是在房間窗外的view。早餐特別豐富，健身房也很大沒啥人。機場如果不堵車半小時，如果堵車1小時吧，預留好時間因為菲律賓真是大堵車。很好的酒店體驗。

酒店位於馬尼拉新商業區BGC，周邊交通方便，附近有好幾家商場，吃飯購物都很方便，過個馬路就到了。房間寬敞整潔，設計合理，有兩個獨立淋浴間，兩人入住有各自的淋浴房，很方便，還有個小型衣帽間，整體入住感覺很好。

Stayed at this hotel with my family and everything was great. But when we went to the rooftop restaurant, we were told that we were not allowed to wear slippers. The overall cost performance is not as high as Hotel Okura

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay for my mom and sister. They enjoyed it very much. Very accessible and near St. Luke's Medical Center, as well as Mitsukoshi and Uptown Mall (about 5 minute walk).
