Wifi is not available. And assistance is also not available. I sent a message to the contact person sent to my email. When I informed her of our arrival, she acknowledged. But when I am already asking for assistance on the internet or wifi connectivity which is very essential for our stay, no response and no assistance was provided. We can't also connect with the internet for the Smart TV. The air-conditioning of the room is not also properly working which causes additional discomfort, though electric fan was provided to support the airdondition. These are just the areas that needs improvement to make the P3000 plus payment.

The hotel was located in good place, very close to the mall, including cannal view. It is really pretty both day and night. Most of the equipment is prepared on kicthen so no worries about it. Also we had a problem in logging in netflix but the manneger replied to me fast, so we had enjoyed watching it. It will be a nice place to sleep fpr 2 or 3 days here.

Last minute booking but the host was able to accommodate us. Sad that there was no Massage Chair as advertised. Place is clean and very near the mall.
